To test node connectivity in Shadowrocket, click the “T” icon next to the node, then select the “CONNECT” mode for more accurate connectivity results.
2. How to import nodes in Stash?
When importing nodes in Stash, do not choose “Download from URL”, instead select “Create from provider link” on the same page to properly import our subscription nodes.
3. What should I do if timeout/errors occur during node import or use?
If you encounter timeout errors when importing via Singbox, errors with Clash, or all nodes show timeout, please go to the subscription conversion tool provided by Feng to regenerate the configuration file and try importing again. Even users with normal usage are recommended to convert their subscription for a better experience.

The HK and TW HY2 nodes are residential IPs provided by our platform and are relatively average in speed.
For higher speeds, we recommend using the following regions:
HK1,2 (Hong Kong), JP (Japan), SG (Singapore), US (United States), KR (Korea)
6. Custom Plan Explanation
After placing an order for a custom plan, it will be manually configured and delivered within 24 hours. Please be patient.
This plan is suitable for account operations, business use, etc. Compared to regular plans, it does not have an advantage in speed. Its main features include: dedicated IP, static IP, and high-purity IP, making it more suitable for professional use cases requiring stability.
7. TikTok won't load or shows black screen
Set your device’s region, language, and time zone to match the country of the node you're using, and enable Global Mode in your proxy tool. You can also search on YouTube for TikTok setup tutorials.
Avoid using HK (Hong Kong) nodes, as TikTok currently does not support access from Hong Kong, which may cause black screens or loading failures. Recommended nodes: US, JP, SG, KR

8. OpenClash cannot access ChatGPT / Netflix
Go to the settings page and enable "Traffic Sniffing" under the “DNS Settings” section.
After enabling, please restart the OpenClash service.
9. Passwall HY2 Node Speed Test Timeout
Go to your subscription page and change the “Usage Type” of the Hysteria2 node to Sing-box.
Passwall uses TCP by default for speed testing, but HY2 is UDP-based, so it does not support TCP speed tests. When testing, please choose URL Speed Test.
10. All Clash nodes timeout on Merlin / TV can't access Netflix
If all nodes timeout: switch DNS mode to fake-ip

11. Traffic Reset Explanation
Our traffic resets on a calendar month basis. No matter when you purchase a plan, traffic will automatically reset at 00:00 on the 1st of each month.
Example:
If you buy a plan on May 20, you immediately receive full traffic. On June 1, your traffic is reset to full again and lasts until your plan expires on June 20.
12. About Plan Auto-Renewal
The system will automatically generate a renewal invoice 10 days before the plan expires.
If your platform balance is sufficient, the system will auto-deduct and renew the plan.
If the balance is insufficient, you need to manually pay the invoice to complete renewal. If you do not wish to renew, simply ignore the invoice.
